Pyle founded HBWM
(Home-Based Working Moms) in
1995 shortly after the birth of her first
child. With the strong motivation of her
newborn daughter, she quit her full-time job
and started her home business in public
relations and marketing. During this
time, Spencer also found there was a strong
need for support, information and networking
among parents who were working at home or
wanting to work at home. She felt an
organization like HBWM would be the perfect
way to allow parents to share ideas, network
and support one another. Members have given
her the assurance that HBWM is making a
difference, and she hopes it can help many
more parents realize their goal to spend
more time with their children.

Pyle graduated
Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in
Journalism / Public Relations from Texas
State University. She received a master's
degree in Public Relations from the
University of Stirling in Scotland while on
a full academic scholarship from Rotary
International as an Ambassador of Goodwill.
The Goal of HBWM::
The goal of HBWM.com, Inc. is
to help moms create lifestyles that enable
them more freedom and flexibility to truly
enjoy their family and their life.
My Personal Goal::
My personal goal is that God would use
me and my business to touch others' lives
for eternal purposes -- to bring the
importance of God and family to the
forefront of our lives. It is my heart's
desire to bring glory to Him with my life
and my business. I will be the first to
admit, I have failed many times. Each time,
He is so faithful to love me unconditionally
and to forgive me even though I don't
deserve it. My life would not be nearly as
rich without His presence and His love. His
peace, love, comfort, guidance and presence
have been such a powerful force in my life
and I pray that each person who comes to
this site will allow Him to become the
highlight of their life. He is *so* worth
it!

HBWM Reps:: Tammy Harrison is a wife,
mother of four children and the HBWM
Independent Advertising Representative. She
lives in the lovely Hill Country of Texas,
and works from the comfort of her home
office shed. Tammy is also a web designer,
web host and quilt designer - in all of her
spare time. Tammy's take on living and
loving from home? "It's a lifestyle choice
that I consciously made with and for my
family. It's not for everyone, but it's been
a fabulous way of life for us for nearly 13
years!"
Lynda Menegotti lives, works,
and homeschools her two young children in a
picturesque, southwestern Ontario, town.
She has been a successful home-based
working mom for over eight years and feels
truly blessed to be able to do what
she loves, with those she loves
safely tucked in around her. Lynda is
the Independent Canadian Representative for
HBWM and handles all advertising for
Canadian clients on each of the sites in the
HBWM Inc. Network. Lynda also hosts a
